SnapType for Occupational Therapy

App Name:  SnapType for Occupational Therapy
Developer:   Ben Slavin
Cost:             FREE

It's a breeze to create accessible worksheets and forms with SnapType!   Just snap a picture of the worksheet.  Tap the worksheet to create a text field and pinch to zoom, if necessary.  Then, type the answer in!  Save completed work by taking a screen shot.  This app is ideal for students who have difficulty writing by hand and, because it's so simple to use, it's a great way for students to become more independent in creating their own accessible materials.

The only trouble we had was figuring out how to start a new activity.  It turned out to be a piece of cake -  just turn the iPad face down and the app resets itself so you can take another picture.
