Even though there are many PDF editors in the app store, this app was offered for free in February so we gave it a look. It turned out to be a really nice PDF annotator that allows you to add bookmarks, highlight text, add notes, type text (with or without predefined text boxes) and write or draw with a pen. This app works with Dropbox, Google Drive, and Box. You can only annotate existing PDF's - not create new ones. If you create a blank, multipage PDF in Word and send it to this app, you can turn it into a powerful note taking app with lots of nice features.
